The Art Department at Edgewood College serves a diverse group of students who are interested in expressing themselves through art. Art studio classes vary in size from 5 to 15 students, allowing ample opportunity for personal development and interaction with the instructor.

The Art Department at Edgewood College is known to provide individual attention to its students within the diverse and lively setting of Madison. The city is a hub for art and culture in the state of Wisconsin. Exposure and access to Madison's lively arts community coupled with individual attention augments students' creativity and artwork. Edgewood College's Art faculty are educators and practicing studio artists and designers. Each brings a personal specialization to the overall program and works one-on-one with you.
      
     

1  Painted Forest

The Painted Forest and Edgewood College Art Studio and Study Center is a learning facility for educational programs and cultural events sponsored by Edgewood College. The Art Studio and Study Center serves as a site to teach people about folk art and historic preservation. Each year community members of Valton, WI and the surrounding communities are invited to a "Friends of the Painted Forest" event, which is held at the Art Studio and Study Center.
